Sweet Girl - Tic/Tac/Toe & Sketch challenges

Hello my scrappy friends!  Hope your Easter is full of colored eggs, candy, family and Jesus!

Here is a layout I created of my daughter in 2004.  I was inspired by the challenge on Scrap Our Stash blog Tic-Tac-Toe.  I used the diagonal from upper left to lower right, striped pp - butterfly - 2+ photos.

I was also inspired by Let's Get Sketchy sketch for April.

I'm Crazy About You

Happy Easter my scrappy friends!  🙏🐣🐰

Here is a LO I've created using pictures from 2004 when we were all so much younger.  My sisters, my niece, my daughter (the baby) and me during my son's 2nd birthday party posing for my pictures.

I'm submitting this layout to the following blog challenges:

Rochelle Spears - sketch

Scrap with Stacy - tic-tac-toe challenge.  I used just about everything from this board, but I'll just say used diagonal bottom left to top right - stickers, stickers, tag.

Lasting Memories - shape challenges - circles.  Circles on my pps and chipboard pieces.

Thanks for stopping by and commenting!!  These challenges are open till the April 30, 2022.

2021 Grad - Stick It Down

Hello again my friends!  Here is a quick one page layout I created of my son the day of his high school graduation this past June.  I used the single page sketch from Stick It Down.  I used a large clock stencil with black and red ink (our high school colors) a notebook punch (ya know, high school....notebooks 😄) using black and red papers and several different embellishments...stickers, thread, stickers, brad...all in the same colors!  Whew!  That's a lot of black and red and stuff on this page!

Laptop Glory - Stick It Down sketch

Hello my scrappy friends!  Happy Easter!!  Thankfully I don't host Easter so I've been scrapping a bit and watching movies with my family.  It's so great to have our son home from college for the weekend...and he's just starting with Door Dash.  So far so good!

On to my layout, using the sketch from Stick It Down, Double Page Sketch.  My LO features both of our kids on Christmas morning 2020.  Love getting those pictures of them running down the stairs...its a little slower these days since they don't wake up before the sun anymore!  But the real reason of this LO are those pictures of our daughter, Keira, opening her first very own laptop!  As you can see from her smiles, she was pretty happy.

Thanks for stopping by and enjoy your Easter and the gift of forgiveness from Jesus!

Celebrating you Today birthday card

Hello my scrappy friends!  Quick post here today since my son is home from college for spring break!!!!  We haven't seen him since January...totally miss him!

Here is a card I made for my brother in law's birthday later this month.  Quick and easy and pretty masculine, not always the easiest cards for me to create.

I used stamps from SU! Textures and Frames, totally love this set, and inks from SU! as well, blueberry bushel, pumpkin pie and cherry cobbler...all stamped off one time.

I was inspired from the Use Your Stamps blog, challenge #442 Birthday.  I also used the sketch from scrapbook.com Card Sketch Challenge #2 from this month, March 2022.

Celebrate - at Stick It Down

Hello my scrappy friends! If you've gotten snow this weekend, I hope you are enjoying it and staying warm!  Here in south NJ, we've gotten about 4 inches and lots of wind!  We have a new township plow driver and he is pretty good so shoveling the driveway and street were not as hard as years past!

Now that I'm inside, here is a card I made for my niece's 9th birthday next week.  The sketch from Stick It Down was fantastic in using some scraps of pretty patterned papers!
