Shoe birthday card

Hello my scrappy friends!  Just a quick post today.  Using my STAMPlorations shoe stamps, sentiment was printed from the internet, I made a card for my sister's birthday.  She is a shoe fanatic!  So many shoes, it's crazy!  Well, maybe it's really not crazy, perhaps its just that I don't have many shoes.  No, I think she has too many and I don't have many at all.  I'm just not a shoe person, never have been, and she has always been.  I think her trait somehow transferred to my daughter...she's 13 and I think has more shoes then I do!  Crazy I say!

So....since my sister loves and has so many shoes, I made her a shoe birthday card!  She LOVED it!  Her husband apparently "died" laughing when she opened it!  He feels and same way I do with shoes!



I used a STAMPlorations stencil, Crisscrossed, and stamp set, Groovy Shoes.  White and green paper from my stash, colored in the shoes with my colored pencils, and Zig marker for the dashed lines on the sides of the card.

    I can relate, I have a lot of shoes too. Cute card and great sentiment although I could not wear those shoes! I'm more into comfort. Thanks for your reply on my blog. I have done that too but this time it didn't work. Thanks for sharing you have actually had that also. Many don't believe me that that could happen.
