Hello my scrappy friends! Happy household over here since today was finally the last day of school! This is the first year my kids didn't cry! Guess they are getting older...which makes me want to cry!
During the past few days, two days really, I made a slew of cards for the teachers. My daughter made a card for the bus driver since I didn't have anything left in me last night to create any more...besides I don't like her! She yelled so often at the kids, almost every day! I'm a yeller, but not everyday!
Here are some of my cards! Keep in mind, my kids drew sketches of the cards, along with colors, they wanted me to make!
This first card is for one of my daughter two teachers. I used scraps from my stash for the tan strips, the worm and apple. The face on the apple is from Peachy Keen. Even though this card was made just last night, I completely forget which Cricut cartridges I used for the apple and worm!
This card will be entered into the Red Carpet Studios challenge #72 using ribbon. It will also be entered into the StuckOnUSketeches challenge, Any Animal. My animal is of course the worm!
This next card is for my daughter's other teacher. The patterned paper is from Authentique, the Carefree collection. The stamps are from CTMH, a stamp of the month from a little while ago, A Chocolate Affair. Since my daughter and I went Girl Scout camping at Hershey Park earlier this month, we bought this teacher a Hershey mug with some kisses , so this stamp set was just perfect!
This card is being submitted into the Turtle Soup Forum, Friday Inspiration. A card was posted that I used as a scraplift for my card since I loved the original so much!

This third card was made for a teacher in my son's class who takes some kids out who need extra help with their studies. Even though my son doesn't need her help, he wanted to give her a card since she was in the classroom so often and she encouraged him with his own studies often.

And this is my card:
Another card I made was for my son's homeroom and one of his classroom teachers. She was one of the best teachers he has ever had. She made learning fun so he learned so much!
This card is being submitted for Sketches4All June Stash Challenge. It's a bingo themed challenge this month where I used the middle column, flowers-alphas-handjournaling (which is inside and I forgot to photograph!). I used the Cricut Groovy Times cartridge, first time I ever used it and I LOVE it!
That's all for now my friends! I have other cards but now I have a house full of kids...welcome to summer vacation! LOL
Thanks for stopping by,
Jennifer
