Hello my scrappy friends! Happy weekend!!
It's taken me to long to create this layout, it just wasn't coming together. I didn't add as much as I though and it's taken a turn from the sketch I used, but it's completed! I dipped into several kits and various supplies, using several scraps.
This LO was inspired by this month's Scrap Our Stash Pick Your Side Sketch Challenge. I've chosen the left side, using polka dot patterned paper scraps and stamped numbers under the photos on the right side. Five numbers for the five days we attended vacation bible school.
Thanks for visiting and commenting!! You have another day to complete this challenge!

Hello my scrappy friends! Happy Summer!
I made this LO super quick in between food shopping, laundry, and cleaning up the kitchen! Off to take my son to a end of school year party in just a bit!
Speaking of son, here is a LO of him and dad playing some Air Hockey the day after his 11th birthday party. Years of fun playing on this thing, I think we need to take it back out, hoping it's not too damaged from a small water leak!
Sketches In Thyme sketch #377 inspired this LO, perfect with all of the background circles! I wrote my journaling all around the perimeter of the LO, only added a few things to the LO since the pp is pretty busy.

Hello again! I've been busy with Sketch-N-Scraps Birthday Bash this month! Turning 7 is a big deal...in real life or online!!
Here is a card I made for a friend who was having a tough time with a coworker. I received the most wonderful teary-eyed hug from her!
You still have time to enter SNS Card Sketch #146 challenge!!
Have a great weekend!! Thanks for your comments!

Hello my scrappy friends! I hope you all take the time to remember those who died for our freedom during this Memorial Day holiday. Politics aside, I'm proud to be an American and so happy I live here.
OK, onto my layout for NSD. I loved the sketch Sketch-N-Scrap had for this challenge!! Our son is sooooo similar to his dad in so many ways. The top picture is just one instance...sitting the same exact way on the couch...and wearing the same clothes and colors! This type of thing happens so often, it's pretty funny!
Here is the sketch and link to the challenge...few more days to enter!

Hello my scrappy friends! Happy Mother's Day to all mom's out
there!! Today, I am scrapping most of the day...no house chores for
me. I'm actually listening to my teens argue and laugh about baking
chocolate chip cookies. I just hope they are delicious!
This is the sketch I used to make my card, Sketch-N-Scrap #145. Since my die cut on the bottom was so big, the pennants looked ridiculous so I didn't include them.
My card for a co-worker who had a rough argument with another co-worker
in front of so many others. This lady is such a wonderfully nice person
and I felt so bad for her. I gave her this card the day after the
arguments, with tears in her eyes, she gave me the biggest hug in front
of all of the students...we are lunch aides for 1st and 2nd graders.

Hello my scrappy friends! I sure hope all of you are feeling well....everyone I know, including me, have been sick! A variety of illnesses, but illnesses nonetheless, always take a toll on us! I'm getting better each day this week after missing two days of work!
This LO I created two weeks ago when I was feeling pretty healthy! This is the second page of a two page LO. My son decorating the railing for Christmas in 2014. Seems so long ago! I used a bunch of things from my stash, that never seems to be reduced! Lots of pps and die cuts from a swap years (I mean years!!) ago.
I'm entering this LO into Sketch-N-Scrap #172 sketch challenge.
You still have till the end of the month to entering your LO!
Here is my two page LO:
Thanks for stopping by, have a great weekend!!

Hello my scrappy friends! I attended a day crop last weekend but only just put the final touches on some of the LOs I made. One of them is below, taking inspiration from Scrap Our Stash blog, March Saturday Cartoon Inspired Stash Challenge.
The challenge is to use the given sketch, which I used pretty closely, to use green embellishments and to be inspired by the Snoopy cartoon. I have green in the patterned papers and green enamel dots. Snoopy always reminds me of being a kid, so scrapping these pictures of my daughter was a no brainer!
This challenge ends on march 29th so you have plenty of time to enter!
Have a great day and thanks for commenting~
